The population of Kitchener is mostly consisted of working class people, but most recently a large number of children appeared. The 45-54 creates a bump in the graph, and that is because the time period when they were born was the baby boom. In the near future, I believe that the population will increase exponentially to the point where the city can not support all of its citizens. When this sector grows up, it will mean not only more work forces but also more job competitions and possible higher unemployment rate, and this can cause many problems for this city.
